The Dashboard is what you land on after signing in — a fleet-wide summary of your nodes and executors, and the quickest way to find the ones that need you.

Needs attention

The Needs attention panel gathers everything worth acting on right now. It steps aside when nothing is wrong, replaced by All systems nominal and a count of your nodes and executors. When something does need attention, the panel lists it as a row:
  • Urgent update available — a node has a pending version update flagged as a security risk or a mandatory network change. Update it as soon as you can.
  • Stalled syncs — nodes that are starting or syncing with no visible progress.
  • Executors disconnected — executors whose key is still active but which have stopped reporting to the control plane, including one that has never checked in since you connected it. An executor is marked offline about 30 seconds after its last check-in; see Connect an executor for what to check.
  • Executors stale — executors that have reported before, but whose last sync is more than 5 minutes old. The host may well still be running; what Novacula shows about it — statuses, block heights, metrics — is no longer fresh, so read those figures with that in mind.
Each row deep-links to the relevant Nodes or Executors list, pre-filtered to exactly those items — the panel is where you notice something, not where you work on it.

  • Executors — the hosts that run your nodes.
  • Alerts — conditions you define yourself, delivered to a channel.
