# Support

> Contact Novacula support from inside the dashboard — chat and screenshots

Reach Novacula support without leaving the dashboard. When you're signed in with an active organization, a **Support** launcher opens an in-app chat where you can describe an issue and attach screenshots.

## Start a conversation

Open the **Support** launcher in the app shell. It opens to **How can we help?** — type your message and **Send** to reach support. You can **Expand** the panel to a wider view and **Close** it at any time.

## Attach a screenshot or image

* **Take screenshot** captures the **current page** — choose **This Tab** when your browser asks. If your browser can't capture, attach an image instead.
* **Attach images** accepts **PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MiB** each.

Screenshots are captured only when you explicitly take one — nothing on your screen is sent automatically.
